Dr Ariel Adair Chiropractor Victoria BC

DR. ARIEL ADAIR was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. In 2014, she moved to the Bay Area in California and achieved a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West.

Dr. Ariel’s father was her first big advocate of Chiropractic Care and introduced it to her when she was a child. However, it wasn’t until she was involved in a car accident in 2011 that she experienced the incredible power that Chiropractic plays in healing and restoring proper function to the body. It was ultimately this experience that lead Dr. Ariel to follow her vocation and pursue her career as a Doctor of Chiropractor.

Dr. Ariel understands the importance of incorporating movement into all aspects of life. She enjoys biking, yoga, and exploring the natural wonders of Vancouver Island. She is committed to on-going learning and staying in tune with the latest in Chiropractic and health.

Her ambition is to help people of all ages discover their fullest potential for physical and emotional health. She believes that our patients are empowered by understanding how their bodies function optimally. Dr. Ariel’s practice incorporates low force, gentle techniques to more traditional chiropractic styles. She aims to find the right adjustment for your age, comfort, and preferences.

Dr. Ariel believes that the nervous system is the body’s connection to the soul and the mind’s connection to the world. She utilizes specific chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue therapies to remove nervous system interference and allow for optimal communication between the brain, body, and the innate strength present in both. This allows for the greatest expression of health for the body, mind, and spirit. When we feel better we think more clearly, we listen better, we can show up more, and we can act with authenticity.

It is her greatest accomplishment to return home and have the opportunity to help the Island community that she grew up in!
